  • 1 ½ cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 15 Golden Oreos, chopped
  • ¼ cup crumbled Golden Oreos
  • ½ cup red, white and blue sprinkles (optional)
  • 1 cup red, white and blue M&M candy pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together baking powder, cornstarch, flour, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture while stirring gently.
  4. Fold in chopped and crumbled Golden Oreos, sprinkles, and M&M's into the batter. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before slicing.
