  • 750g chicken mince
  • 90g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh mint and parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince, crumbled feta, onion, garlic, salt, lemon juice, mint, and parsley until well mixed.
  3. Stuff each pita half with the filling and gently press down to flatten.
  4. Brush the outside of each pita with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  5. Pan-fry stuffed pitas for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes for extra crispiness.
  7. Serve hot with tzatziki sauce on the side.
