  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 45 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 45 green olives
  • 34 small cubes of feta cheese
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
  • Optional: red chili flakes, olive oil drizzle

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 6.5-7 minutes. Transfer to cold water to cool before peeling and halving.
  2. Slice the avocado and cucumber thinly; halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. On a serving plate, arrange avocado slices, halved eggs, feta cubes, olives, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
