Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Sear for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add garlic butter until melted, scraping up any browned bits.
  4. Pour in beef broth and simmer for about 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and lower the heat.
  5. Add Velveeta cheese, stirring until melted. Mix in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce until well-coated.
  7. Gently fold in the seared beef and warm together for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
