  • ¼ cup Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (or Tamari for Gluten-Free)

  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into slabs or cubes.

  4. Marinate the tofu pieces for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
