  • 2.5 pounds fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • Salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust by mixing flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in chilled butter until crumbly, then gradually add ice water until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
