  • 1/4 cup olive oil (for chili oil)
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Boil salted water in a pot, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
