  • 6 cups kale leaves
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 6 strips Turkey Bacon
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Granny Smith apple
  • Balsamic vinaigrette (made with dijon mustard, honey, dried basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil)

Instructions

  1. Massage kale leaves with sea salt until softened.
  2. In a medium pan over medium-high heat, cook diced Turkey Bacon for about 5 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together dijon mustard, honey, dried basil, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine massaged kale with cherries, blueberries, crispy Turkey Bacon, feta cheese, diced apples, and pecans.
