  • 1 lb grape tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) package mozzarella balls (drained)
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F).
  3. Assemble skewers by threading chicken and tomatoes.
