  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 ripe peaches or nectarines, sliced
  • 750 ml chilled non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice
  • 1/2 cup peach or pineapple juice
  • Ginger ale or soda water for topping

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly, then slice peaches into thin wedges and hull/slice strawberries.
  2. Combine all fruits in a large pitcher.
  3. Pour chilled non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice over the fruit mixture followed by peach or pineapple juice.
  4. Stir gently to combine, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Just before serving, top each glass with ginger ale or soda water.
