  • 8 oz linguine pasta

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and optional red pepper flakes.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet with melted butter until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes on each side). Remove and slice.
  3. Boil linguine in salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter; sauté garlic and herbs until fragrant. Add chicken broth and lemon juice; simmer.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in sauce with reserved water to achieve desired consistency. Gently fold in sliced chicken.
