  • 4 cups sweet corn
  • 12 slices cooked Turkey Bacon (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch salad dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop Turkey Bacon, jalapeño, and green onions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Ranch dressing, whole milk, buttermilk, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add corn, chopped Turkey Bacon, green onions, jalapeño, and cheddar cheese to the dressing mixture. Gently stir until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
