  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
