  • 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup diced cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped white onion
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, marinate the pasta with half of the dill pickle juice for 5 minutes before draining again.
  3. 3. Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, remaining dill pickle juice, Sriracha, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, combine marinated pasta with cheddar cheese, sliced pickles, chopped dill, and onion. Fold in the dressing until well coated.
  5. 5. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours before serving chilled.
