  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook the lasagna noodles until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
