  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • Scallions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with half of the scallions and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness; season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  5. Place chicken in the baking dish and top each breast with about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for 12 minutes.
