  • ½ cup very cold butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2½ cups sliced peaches (or canned peaches, drained)
  • 1½ tablespoons sugar

  4. Press half to two-thirds of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the cake pan. Layer with the peach mixture and top with remaining crumbs.
