  • 20 g (2 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50 g (1/2 cup) icing sugar
  • 120 g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g (9 oz) dark chocolate
  • 250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream

Instructions

  3. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour, then roll out and line a tart pan. Chill again.
  4. Bake the crust at 160°C (320°F) for 30–40 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. For the ganache, heat cream until simmering, pour over chopped chocolate, and stir until smooth.
  6. Pour ganache into cooled crust and refrigerate for at least an hour until set.
