  • 5 oz kiwi (peeled)
  • 6 oz mango (peeled)
  • 6 oz fresh raspberries
  • 9 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, combine the water and sugar to make simple syrup; boil for about 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Let cool.
  2. Peel and chop the fruits. Blend each fruit separately into smooth purees.
  3. Divide the cooled simple syrup among the purees; stir well.
  4. Layer the pops: Fill cups with kiwi puree, freeze for one hour, add mango puree, freeze for an additional 20 minutes, then insert sticks and freeze for at least two hours.
  5. Finish by adding raspberry puree on top; freeze overnight.
