  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Boil cubed potatoes in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until creamy.
