  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and thread onto skewers.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken skewers with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
