  • 45 green onions
  • 1 bunch fresh dill (about 2 tablespoons chopped)
  • 6 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 4 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small measuring cup, mix sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Wash and dry the cabbage and cucumbers thoroughly.
  3. Thinly slice the cabbage using a mandolin slicer or sharp knife; transfer to a large bowl.
  4. Halve and slice the cucumbers thinly.
