  • 1 medium red bell pepper

  • ½ bunch cilantro
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 1 cup rice apple vinegar
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup butter
  • Lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper
