  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon rice apple vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon five spice powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • White sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Sliced scallions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and cut the chicken into small pieces; pat dry.
  2. Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
