  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure and prep all ingredients; wash broccoli and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef; cook for 5–7 minutes until browned, draining excess fat.
  3. Stir in broccoli with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. Reduce heat; add heavy cream and half of the shredded cheese. Stir until creamy. Top with remaining cheese, cover, and let sit for 2–3 minutes until melted.
