  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 8 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • ½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar Swerve
  • ½ Cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • 3 Tsp Cornstarch
  • ⅓ Cup Green Onions (diced)
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef for about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chopped cabbage and red pepper flakes; cook for an additional 5 minutes until softened.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar swerve.
  6. Mix cornstarch with beef broth to create a slurry; add to the sauce mixture.
  7. Pour the sauce over the beef and cabbage; stir well and cook until the sauce thickens (about 2–3 minutes).
