  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
  • 1 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together canned pumpkin, brown sugar, maple flavoring, pumpkin pie spice, and a dash of salt until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a floured surface into a thin rectangle (approximately 6×22 inches) and cut it into 8 equal rectangles.
  4. Spoon the pumpkin filling onto half of the rectangles and top each with another crust rectangle. Press down firmly on the edges to seal.
  5. Crimp the edges with a fork and bake for 9-11 minutes until lightly browned.
