  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp maple flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 Tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix canned pumpkin, brown sugar, maple flavoring, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pie crust into a thin rectangle (6×22 inches) and cut into 8 rectangles.
  4. Place one rectangle on a baking sheet, spoon filling into the center, top with another rectangle, and crimp the edges with a fork.
  5. Bake for 9-11 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, maple flavoring, and milk in a small bowl.
  7. Once cooled, drizzle glaze over each poptart.
