  • 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 stick (½ cup) salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and generously butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and the other teaspoon of cinnamon until crumbly. Add oats and mix until combined.
  4. Crumble oat mixture over peaches. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
