  • 1 cup hot water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 5.1 ounces instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 45 ounces sliced peaches in 100% juice (drained and cut into chunks)
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the peach gelatin mix in hot water. Stir in cold water and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add instant vanilla pudding to the cooled mixture and whisk until blended. Refrigerate again for another 15 minutes to thicken.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping, drained peach chunks, and mini marshmallows until evenly mixed.
  4. Chill the mixture for at least 2-4 hours or overnight for best results.
