Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf or round cake pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. Cream the softened butter and sugar in another bowl using a hand mixer until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
