  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and combine with cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened.
  2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until smooth. Adjust consistency by cooking longer if needed.
  3. Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Once firm, roll small portions into balls using buttered hands.
  5. Roll each truffle in granulated sugar for coating and decorate with chocolate chips.
