  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open each can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into four equal pieces.
  3. In a gallon-size resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice. Add the cut pieces and shake until coated.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine packed brown sugar and melted butter until smooth.
  5. Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle with half of the butter mixture, then add remaining pieces and top with the rest of the butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Let cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Stir remaining pumpkin spice into reserved icing and drizzle over warm monkey bread before serving.
