  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 12 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh)
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped walnuts for garnish

Instructions

  2. Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend again until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
