  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ounces cherry jello
  • 0.5 ounce unflavored Vegan gelatin (two 0.25 oz packets)
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Prepare your cups on a tray.
  2. For the blue layer: Dissolve berry blue jello in boiling water, mix in cold water and lemon juice. Fill cups 1/3 full and refrigerate until set (30 min).
  3. For the white layer: Mix cold water with vegan gelatin, then stir in boiling water, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Pour over the blue layer until cups are 2/3 full; refrigerate until set (30 min).
  4. For the red layer: Combine cherry jello with boiling water, add cold water and lemon juice, then fill cups to the top. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
