  • 7 oz block of feta cheese
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cubed potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
