  • 46 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking dish (7×11" or 8-9" square) with parchment paper and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, egg, and cream cheese using an electric mixer until well blended. Gradually incorporate the strawberry cake mix until combined; the batter will be thick.
  3. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish evenly.
