  • ½ cup large rolled oats (not steel cut, not instant) (55 grams)
  • ¼ cup flour (all-purpose or whole wheat) (32 grams)

Instructions

  1. Make the pie crust by mixing flour, salt, and sugar; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add ice water until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Roll out the chilled pie crust and place it in a pie plate.
