  • 8 oz sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1.75 cups milk
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cups fresh baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté diced onion and mushrooms in olive oil until tender; set aside.
