  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or Cool Whip)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Fresh strawberries and raspberries for topping
  • Crushed pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the cold whole milk and pudding mixes; set aside to thicken.
  2. Crush Oreos using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and rolling with a pin until finely ground.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; gently fold in vanilla extract.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then blend in powdered sugar followed by the thickened pudding mixture until well combined. Fold in whipped cream carefully.
  5. Layer crushed Oreos at the bottom of your serving dish, followed by creamy filling; repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
