  • lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun spices and sear in olive oil until golden brown. Add butter and garlic to finish.
  3. In a separate skillet, melt butter, blend in cream cheese, then whisk in heavy cream and cheeses until smooth.
