  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 8 oz large shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
  2. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; season shrimp with remaining seasoning.
  3. Sear steak in olive oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side; let rest before slicing.
  4. Cook shrimp in the same skillet until opaque; set aside.
  5. In the skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and cheeses; stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss fettuccine in the sauce with fresh parsley; top with sliced steak and shrimp.
