  • 25 OREOs (1 1/2 cups crushed)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (melted)
  • 24 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • Ganache: 3/4 cup heavy cream + 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare crust by mixing crushed OREOs with melted butter; press into a springform pan and chill.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add melted chocolate and mix well.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the chocolate mixture along with powdered sugar.
