  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut zucchini into 2-inch long pieces and then into wedges.
  2. Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick skillet.
  3. Sauté zucchini and onion for about 2 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add teriyaki sauce and soy sauce along with crushed red pepper flakes and black pepper; cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until desired tenderness is reached.
