  • 50 Oreo cookies (divided)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 3 packages full-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1¼ cups heavy whipping cream (divided)

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush 25 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat room temperature cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Melt white chocolate and blend into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the crust and layer with another 25 crushed Oreos. Add remaining filling and smooth out the top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
