  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Pour cheesecake filling over the crust.
  5. For the topping, toss sliced peaches with flour, remaining sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg; sprinkle over cheesecake filling.
  6. Dot with small pieces of cold butter and bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
